Program Description

Event Details

Travel back in time with this hands-on STEAM activity! Kids will create their own salt dough fossils by pressing natural objects into dough to make realistic impressions. This fun project explores earth science, history, and creativity while teaching how fossils form and why they’re important clues to the past.

All supplies will be provided. Come ready to shape, press, and discover prehistoric science!

STEAM – Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, Math

In this Program we will utilize learning that mixes these subjects together to help students be creative, solve problems, and think in new ways. In STEAM, you get to explore how things work, design and build, use your imagination, and find smart solutions—just like people do in the real world.

On the second and fourth Monday of each month, we’ll get our creative juices flowing with activities that spark problem-solving and imagination. Parents are encouraged to join in and support their children during these fun and engaging events.
