If you like to cook or have a teen who wants to learn, Kids in the Kitchen is for you! In this class you will prepare and taste a healthy recipe each week. You will also get to do other fun activities that will help you learn about having a healthy body. All supplies will be provided. This program is intended for teens ages 13-15
You will learn:
How to keep food safe when you are cooking
How each food group that makes up MyPlate helps keep you healthy
How to create your own simple meals and snacks
