The meeting room is only available during Library hours of operation. Scheduled meetings must end 15 minutes before the Library closes.
Equipment
The Osage Beach Library includes a mounted projector and screen.
Seating
There are six tables available and seating for 40 available for set up. Groups using the meeting room are responsible for the room set up. Exit aisles must be a minimum of 60 inches wide. After the meeting, the group members are responsible for restacking/hanging chairs and returning the tables to the storage area.
