Ask a Question, Save a Life. Three steps anyone can take to help prevent suicide. You can be a resource for someone who might be struggling.
QPR, a 1-hour training is offered for free to anyone ages 16 and older who wants to:
- Recognize the warning signs of suicide.
- The common myths around suicide.
- Know how to offer hope.
- How to Question, Persuade, and Refer someone.
- Know how to get help and save a life.
