This presentation will cover Trusts & Wills, Powers of Attorney, Asset Inventory, and more.  If you have no estate plan currently, or an older out of date estate plan, or if you are a new resident of Missouri then this presentation may answer a lot of key questions for you.

Professional Background:

Deirdre O'Donnell is an estate planning lawyer with a diverse background that includes music and social work.  She has been a lawyer in Camden County for 28 years, working in various areas of law such as estate planning, probate, family law, and criminal defense. 

She established the O'Donnell Law Center in Osage Beach in 2014 and beginning in 2020 began focusing exclusively on estate planning. She and her team at O'Donnell Law Center implement a stream-lined estate planning process that supports her clients to receive the information about Wills, Trusts, and Powers of Attorney they need to understand, start and finish comprehensive and highly personalized estate plans.
